Secret Word Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Learn2ID Secret Word Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by UP2U LLC, a Texas company (“Sponsor”). Contact: contact@learn2id.com.
2. Who can enter
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older when they enter. You need a free Learn2ID.com account. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members cannot enter.
3. Giveaway periods
The Giveaway runs in monthly periods. Each period starts at 12:00:00 AM Central Time on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 PM Central Time on the last day of the month. The first period runs from October 19, 2026 through October 31, 2026. Each period has its own drawing. Entries do not carry over to the next period. Sponsor's computer clock is the official clock.
4. How to enter
Watch Learn2ID videos on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or the Learn pages at Learn2ID.com. Some Learn2ID videos show secret words. Sign in at Learn2ID.com and type a secret word at learn2id.com/secret-word. Entering is free.
Liking, following, commenting, sharing or tagging is never required and does not earn entries.
5. Ways to earn entries
- Secret words: 5 or 10 entries. A video's early secret word earns 5 entries and its end secret word earns 10 entries, once per period for each word you enter. Each word is entered on its own. Words never expire: every word you know counts again in each new period. Learn2ID.com saves your words, so you can enter all of them for a new period with one button.
- Daily entry: 1 entry per calendar day (Central Time) when you type LEARN2ID in the daily entry box.
- Invite a friend: 5 entries for each friend who joins Learn2ID.com with your personal invite link or code and confirms their email during the period. The friend must be new to Learn2ID.com. Limit 5 invited friends (25 entries) per person per period. Inviting friends is optional.
6. Fair play
One account per person. Entries made with fake or duplicate accounts, scripts, bots or other automated methods are void, and that person may be disqualified. Sponsor may review invites that come from the same device or home internet connection. Sponsor may check a winner's eligibility before sending a prize. If Sponsor finds a winner broke these rules or tried to cheat, that winner is disqualified and Sponsor will draw a new winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Drawing and odds
Sponsor will pick one winner from all eligible entries in each period by random drawing after the period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Prize
One (1) Learn2ID T-shirt. Approximate retail value: $35 USD. The winner chooses a size from the sizes available. Sponsor ships the prize free to a US address. No cash or other substitute, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.
9. Winner notice
Sponsor will email the winner at the email address on their Learn2ID.com account within 5 days of the drawing. The winner must reply with a shipping address and size within 7 days. If the winner does not reply in time, is not eligible, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may draw another winner.
10. Social media platforms
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube or Google. By entering, you release these companies from any liability related to the Giveaway. Viewers on YouTube agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines.
11. Privacy
Information you give us is used to run the Giveaway and contact winners, as described in our Privacy Policy at learn2id.com/privacy.
12. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, pause or change the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems or anything else harms its fairness. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures. By accepting a prize, the winner releases Sponsor from any liability related to the Giveaway or the prize.
13. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
